I’ve worked on organic farms before and gardened for many years, but this is my first time operating a small organic farm on my own. I’m starting off small with Red, Yellow and Blue Potatoes.
You have the following three varieties to choose from:
- Red Chieftain
- Yukon Gold
- Russian Blue
- Sieglinde

I’m experimenting with Sweet Potatoes too this year too. We’ll see how it goes, but in any case they won’t likely be available until the 2012 growing season– stay tuned.
